Postopia Rules
When you play around on Postopia, you promise not to send or write anything that:

1. Is against the law and is really mean or could hurt someone else's feelings.

2. Is mean to a certain group of people because of the way they look, think or live – you know, like their race, sex, religion or because they're different from you.

3. Uses a company idea, name or secret.

4. Is like a chain letter, or a survey unauthorized by Postopia. This means you can't send out a ton of e-mails to people you don't know. And no betting!

5. Has bugs or viruses that can hurt computers;

6. Makes it look like you are someone you are not.

Oh yeah, and like we said before you can't collect information from other kids (like in a survey). You can't collect or send out these kinds of messages. Plus it's a big NO-NO to tell people who you are in response to any email you get through Postopia. When you send an e-mail to your friend you can give your first name but NEVER give out your whole name or anything else about you to someone you don't know.

One more time: You can't ask another kid for personal stuff if they're younger than 13 years old unless your parents say it's OK.

Kraft usually won't look at or change anything that you send through the site but they can erase it if they think it breaks any of the rules here. Plus they won't take the blame if your message doesn't get sent for some reason. Sorry!

Cheating is not fun. On Postopia.com, you are not allowed to unfairly boost your score by any means. Any scores that are obviously inflated will be deleted. Anyway, a fake score is nothing to be proud of, so what's the point?

Rules of User Conduct
By posting information in or otherwise using any communications service, chat room, message board, newsgroup, software library or other interactive service that may be available to you on or through this site, you agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content — including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data or other information — that:

1. Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, torturous, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), or otherwise violates Postopia.com's rules or policies;

2. Victimizes, harasses, degrades or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability;

3. Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other proprietary right of any party;

4. Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation or any form of lottery or gambling;

5. Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party; or

6. Impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of Kraft Foods, Inc.

You also agree that you will not harvest or collect information about the users or members of this site or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic e-mail or communications, or to disclose personally identifying information about yourself or others in violation of Kraft Foods' Privacy Notice or the requirements of federal, state or local law.

You further agree that you will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from a child 13 years old or younger without appropriate prior verifiable parental consent.

Kraft Foods generally does not pre-screen, monitor or edit the content posted by users of communications services, chat rooms, message boards, newsgroups, software libraries or other interactive services that may be available on or through this site. However, Kraft Foods and its agents have the right at their sole discretion to remove any content that, in Kraft Foods' judgment, does not comply with the Rules of User Conduct or is otherwise harmful, objectionable or inaccurate. Kraft Foods is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.
